Airtel — service discontinued

I have called more than 100 times to 121 and spoke to different executives for discontinuation of my service. Every time everyone put my call on hold and i waited for more than 20 mints but nobody replied. I am leaving karnataka and don't want to continue the broadband service. I am still waiting for it and they have already generated my bill. Nobody is helping out on 121 putting calls on hold. Please for god sake discontinue the service i dont want any due on me.

I would suggest other customer please please never go with airtel as while taking connection also i faced lots of fake promises and still waiting for discontinuation of the service.

It's kind of one way, you can enter but can't leave. They give many options for not leaving their service but please help yourself and never ever, ever ever go with airtel.
