Hi,
I have recently moved from vodafone to airtel. This was the mistake i did..
Porting request took almost 45 days.. After multiple follow ups.. It has pored to airtel.. Now the airtel connection is active but no message or incoming calls.. It's been 3 days i am not able to use the mobile.. All this is impacting my business and customer relationship..
I called several times to customer care they say the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.
But no resolution or call.. When i spoke to them they say more 24 hours. Is this the way you work..
