Hi team
This is prathima, i am airtel internet from last 3 yrs. Land line number is[protected]
From last 1 month i have raise 3 request for the issue of internet disconnectivity.
Each time you guys took 5-6 days to resolve.
Last wednesday i. E on 24th may, i have raised another request with internet issue.
Thursday i. E 25th may i got a call from a executive asking for what is the issue and what is the address. He conveyed he will come in 20 min and never turned in.
On friday i got a call again asking for the same info,.. Same with him.. He never turned in.
Friday i called the customer care to cancel the connectivity, executive conveyed that they will arrange a call back and the request id is[protected].
There was no call back
On monday i called the customer case and they conveyed that my cancelation request is initiated. And i don't have to call back again to cancel the connection.
I also conveyed that i will make the due payment by 31st may which is the last date of payment and get free from your # services you are providing.
Tuesday i. E 30th may i received a message that issue is resolve, i again called the customer care, to know which issue is resolved.
Your executives (Aparna) have conveyed,
1. The request i have raised on 24th was resolved and was resolved by chanikya.
None of the executives visited to resolve the issue.
2. There is no request raised for cancellation of request.
So on 29th may the executive who has spoken has provided wrong information to me.
3. Call back will be arranged and the request id is[protected]
I need explanation for these 2 points,.
1. Why ticket is closed with out resolving.
2. Why you guys are providing wrong information.
Now a cancelation request is placed again on 30th may and i had to pay the rentals till 30th may itseems..
Since there was no service provided from 24th may.
