Airtel — service on retaining customer | |||||
I had sent a text on 1900 to generate my porting code For my present airtel no. +91-[protected]. To retain the Customer as usual airtel's customer care executive had Given me a call back with in the next 5 minutes of my Generation o[censored]nique portable code. Where in they gave me a satisfying offer of 25 paise Per call and 1 month data 1gb along with 100 sms a day Which the executive said that it would be activated on My mentioned number with in 24 hrs. On the day of the Call on 23rd, april 2018. Today the date is 1st, may 2018 Its almost a week ahead from the time they had told me still There is no activation of the said plan by airtel. I'm amazed that airtel's definition of 24hrs may be 24 days i guess. Airtel has literally let their old Customers down. Im registering this complaint due to Unsatisfactory behavior of their customer executive and Unsatisfactory approach towards retaining their old customers. I need and full repay for the calls and charges i had bared Since the day they had said me they would activate the plan On my phone whether i be with airtel services or nnot after They give me the confirmation of the new plan. (The image of The call record is attached with this complaint where the Customer care executive was convincing me to retain for total 6 minutes) Was this information helpful? | |||||
