Airtel — services deactivated suddenly | |||
I have ported out my two numbers ([protected] & [protected]) into airtel postpaid and as confirmed by airtel i'll be getting 500 + 500 mins local & std call free and 5 gb 4g data every month for 12 bill cycles in rs.99 plan. This plan started on january'19. However in the month of feb'19 a customer care executive suddenly converted the basis data of 150mb to sms and for this my 5gb special data service got deactivated. Later it is identified that the executive did not know that basis data of 150 mb must be active to have benefit of 5gb special data. It was not my fault that the customer care did not have such information. Later nodal agreed this point and confirm the service has been re-activated on 20-mar-2019. However the service (For 5gb 4g data) still not active in my plan for both of this number and i am continuously following up them with no response. Please take care to resolve this.
