Hello Sir/Mam,

Good Day!!

Regarding: New Sim card Registration Error.

I am Tamilselvan from Chennai, As I bought your Airtel 4G SIM card on last week in Chennai.

I submit the proof of my Adhar Card, 1 Passport size photo and RS.50 INR for this SIM card purchase.

Your executive informed me that some card will work next 24 hours only, so I check in the next day. When I try to insert your Airtel new SIM card, it shows "SIM CARD ERROR".

So I try to call your customer care executive and explain about this problem. But he informed me that your new SIM card not activate so far, kindly check where you buy the card. I keep on trying on your executive number, but no one pick the phone and reply for this issue.

Kindly let me know, how you can provide me a better solution in this regards. Moreover, if any misuse will happen in this regard who will take care, either your company or your executive?
