[Resolved]  Airtel — Services not resumed after successful recharge and refused to take complaint against rude behaviour of customer care executive

Airtel DTH Customer Id :[protected] I recharged my account at 8AM, after it got suspended today. Recharge was successful and I have sent HR requests several times, services dint resume. I waited for 1 hour and called 12150 at 8.55AM. They asked me to wait for 20 mins. But no use. When I called 12150 again at 9.20AM. The lady who spoke in Telugu was just asking me to wait and was telling that nothing can be done from their side. When asked to solve the issue immediately, all the answer she had was wait, she was sooo impatient and reckless while talking and was telling to her collegues while still I was on call "ee maha thalli wait cheyadanta". That was a rude behaviour and then she transferred to some technical department, then that person in technical dept said this issue ia not concerned to them so she transferred the call to some department. Then the 3rd person said that the call is transferred to prepaid number recharge and not regarding digital tv. He inturn asked me to call to 12150. What the hell I dialed 12150 and was talking to them. Dont know how people refuse to help the customers when their actual job is to help them. And the knowledge of the customer care executives is pathetic. Then I understood it was all done purposefully to waste customers time and energy. I request you to hear the call recordings and take strict action against the person for her rude behaviour and transferring calls to wrong departments. Then for the 3rd time I called up 12150 at 10AM then I received the same answer wait for 20 mins. Its been already 2 hours now!! My account is showing the recharged amount from 8.50AM and also received the balance amount by sending sms to 54325. I also called up for the 4th time but servies are not resumed. I request you to take serious action against the person who received my call at 9.20AM. And its been 3 hours now but services are not resuned even though the balance in our account is updated immediately.
