[Resolved] Airtel — Shifting connection | |||
I have been using Airtel broadband and landline for more than 4 year now. my fixedline number is [protected]. request number is 75791434. we shifted to a new place. I called the customer care so that the relocation can be done in time. Since then no one responsing to me. The relocation is simply between 1km and already 6th day. I have been calling these guys for so long. The customer care service is simply PATHETIC. They attend your calls and giving different reason. and i told i don't want airtel connection still customer care people simply telling me again to wait for some days to connection done. poor service i don't want airtel plss disconnect my connection. I am no more using Airtel and switching to another network which provides better service. I really did not expect this from Airtel. The standard/reputation they have, the customer care service is simply taking it down. Was this information helpful? | |||
