Airtel — sim card blocked and no response from last week | |||
Hi, Worst customer service ever. For a simple thing you're creating such a big ruckus. I wanted to change the name on my sim card from my friend's proof to my proof. Without give me any prior info they gave me a new sim, which i had to find out on my own, as my phone suddenly didn't have any network. Once i got the new sim, my data stopped working, which i had opted for since the beginning, i had to call them 5 times (20minutes everytime) to get this sorted, but they blocked my sim instead of solving this. Now i have gotten another brand new connection, which is active but the sim is not working, i can't make any calls, use internet, or do anything. I had again registered another compliant for this and they said they will rectify the issue in 48 hours, but when i ask for a status update, they said the complaint is closed, and they have to raise another ticket for this. So i thought i will port my connection to some other company but i am not able to do this as well as they guy who gave me new sim, had to complete his monthly target of new connections, at the expense of the customer. Now, its been a week my simcard is not working. [protected] (Airtel) is my number and [protected] (Jio) is my alternate contact number. And the best part in this whole thing is that have sent me a bill for not using my phone as well.. This is the heights of stupidity, irritation, frustration and treating your customers like crap. I request you to kindly look into my complaint and resolve the issue asap or please help me to port my number to any other network. Regards, Monesh r Was this information helpful? | |||
