Sir mera ek airtel ka no h [protected] sir ispe me hmesa net pack karecharge karwata tha or net use karta tha 29/12/2015 ko mene 295 ka airtel 3g net pack dalwaya or 30 ko mera sim band kar diya gaya mene custmar care me call kiya to wahan se bataya gaya ki apke sim me yahan se koi prblm nhi h aap sim replcment kara lijiye najdiki airtel store me jaa ke mene agle din jab sim replcment karne gaya to mera sim band ho gaya tha or uska resan tha ki me recharge nhi karwata tha fir mene custmar care me jab call kiya to wahan se bhi mujhe yahi jawab mila jabki mene sim hone se ek din phle recharge karwaya tha recharge karane ka transation id bhi h mere pass sir - [protected] sir aap plz help kariye
