Sub: sim registration failed

I'm the airtel customer since 15 years and hold the airtel number of [protected] for the long time,
My sim is on the working condition only every day receiving the messages from the friends and others.
Now the issue is past 10 days my sim card not works ie. Sim card registration failed.
I have contacted the airtel customer care and they replied my sim card is no shows/ deactivated for nil usage deletion 12-july-2017.
Im everyday getting messages and transaction details and my personal messages then how they can say for nil usage and deactivate.
Kindly resolve the issue and retain the same number and activate my number as earliest possible. Was this information helpful? |
