My sim card stopped working automatically on dec 13th morning around 10am. I got a new simcard around 8pm from airtel gallery in mulund, mumbai. They said that it would be activated within 4 hours. But this didn't get activated even by morning of dec 14th. So i visited the same airtel gallery again at 10.30 am. They said that request was approved but not updated on server. So they would raise a request and try to fix it in few hours. I called them few times later in the day to check the stauts but the issue was not fixed. Then when i called them fourth time at around 4.30pm, i was told that the issue would not be fixed so i have to again visit airtel gallery and purchase a new card.
Overall experience was frustrating as my phone was disconnected for 2 full days and didn't see airtel trying to work on my request on priority inspite of letting them what i was facing and also the losses i was occurring due to no operation of my phone.
Request someone to help asap.
