I was visited at your ambawadi airtel store for the my working sim was not worked i am surprised then i was visit and ask to check your executive. They were checked and inform me your card was delayed you will change the card same i was process. That time he told if you provide the adhaar card then your card will be activate 4 hours and if you don't have the adhaar card then your card will be activate 24 hours.in our company set this process. I was provide the adhaar card to your executive for the new card. That time they are processed all the necessary thig. Then he is provide new card but not return the old card. Then he told me you will restart the phone after 4 hours but my card is not activate i was waited to long almost 20 hours but my phone is not activated then again. I was visited to your ambawadi airtel store for the inquired of my new card that time they told me this card is not processed this reason. Card was not activate. Your ambawadi team was cheat me my old card is not given back and new card. It was my second time experience last time same experience we had faced at your ambawadi branch only.
This my mobile no register with my office and my all the hnw customer is called me on this no. I am a banker and my so many customer having financial lose becuase of the my phone was not working also my customer has put a complaint against me
Who will bare the losse.
Currently my old and new card with your ambawadi airtel store.
If any cheating and thing happend all liabilities your only.
If you will activate my card with in a half an hour then call me on my another no [protected].

I am almost 13 years old customer of airtel it's pathetic service and bad experience repeated from your end.
