Airtel — sim card not activated from 48 hours | |||
Sim card is not activated even after 48 hours. Customer care is suggesting to visit the stores again saying they have mistakenly activated some other sim. This is totally unacceptable as the issue is there from the service provider end and asking customer to visit the airtel store again. Even mail has been received with complaint number (We have registered your request vide order no.[protected] stating that sim card will be activated. Was this information helpful? | |||
