Airtel — sim card not start from last 3 months

3 months ago i port my airtel postpaid number ([protected]) to airtel prepaid number. I cleared all my due's and submit formalities for prepaid sim card but its more than 3 months my sim card not working and showing network.
I complained a mail 3-4 times for this problem but no respones from airtel team

i am sending you screenshots of mail receive by me from airtelbharti prepaid sim service centre, in which you will see poor condition of service by airtel..
