Airtel — sim card not work

Iam update my sim 3g to 4g upgrade in past sunday now itself it's not working. My personal number so many problem facing and iam asking customer care he told you visit store but still morning 10:30 is not open the store. Iam working my office time 9to6 but iam wait for 10 clock is not open the store and evening 7clock close. But so many problem facingin this airtel irresponsible work.in store name, airtel nehru bazar, avadi.
