I wish to complain about the airtel contact number that was purchased by my father in 2012.
I am complaining because since past few months i am not able to forward any text messages using that number. Few days back it had had stopped all the outgoing services as well. To resolve this problem i would like you to check the issue with my number/sim and solve it as soon as possible.
When i first learned of this problem, i visited customer care center in phase 3b2, mohali, punjab. A customer care person had assured me that he has complaint about my problem and it will be solved very soon. After a few hours i received a call from a customer care person and after asking about all my phone settings he asked me to get a new sim. Smsc code was not being updated in phone for my sim which was causing error 96 while sending a text message.
After getting a new sim from airtel center in ambala cantt when my father has tested it then he found out that now it's showing error 10 while sending an sms. Though the issue with outgoing calls was resolved. My father had visited airtel center gain and they have asked him to wait for 48 hours. Now, it's been more than 48 hours but the issue is still same.
This number is registered with all my id proofs like adhaar card, pan card etc. Also, i am using the same number for all my bank accounts as well. So i need you to help me with this issue as soon as possible. I am facing a lot of trouble due to these issues with my contact number.
