Airtel — sim has been not active for 2 weeks

Respected sir,
I (P. Malar kannan) having your company cell no for 10 years ([protected]) since the sim has been blocked i coudnt make and reive calls for past 2 weeks, since this is a valid cell no i was using this all purpose, but now i am unable to attend any call right now. So i kindly request you to rectify my sim problem immediately as soon as possible.
