Airtel — sim hasn't been working since last 50 hours, customer service representative has been very arrogant to solve the issue. | |||
I have not been receiving a signal on my registered airtel number since last two days. I have been to local airtel customer support office and they asked me to contact airtel customer support number, which i did after series of questions they said my sim might have been damaged and i have to get a new sim. When i visited nearest airtel store, the customer support executive was very arrogant and asked me to come next day as he wont be accepting requests after 5 pm. He asked me to come the following day after 12:30 pm, which i did accordingly and again another very arrogant and rude customer care executive said, he cant help me with that and asked me to come tomorrow. I am a working employee and cannot go around airtel customer service office time in and time out again just to get my sim activated. The customer service representative has no minimum curtesy to enquire the problem clearly and help me. He instead was very arrogant and rude, i want you to take action against that employee and get me an official apology. I am tired and vexed about the worst customer support airtel provides and will be jumping the ship as soon as possible and get rid of this stupid carrier. Details of employee : mr. Kiran Store office : airtel customer service centre opposite shah electronics, bhawani nagar, malkajgiri. Time : 1:20 pm on 15 september 2017 I am expecting an apology from the mr.
