My company has provided the postpaid number [protected], i have faced the below issues.
12-sep-2017
1. Sim 1 :[protected]u - data was not working, when i called to airtel they said the sim is seems faulty, so please visit to nearest airtel store to get a new sim

2. Sim2 :[protected]u - i got this sim from airtel store, but didn'd get the signal also, again i called them they said this sim also faulty

3. Sim3:[protected]u - again i changed to this sim through my company and still the same scenarion nothing is working for me,
The worst thing is 2 times the call was escalated to senior person they simply telling we dont have any other options to do we are sorry, you can discontinue our service.
For your kind information i have followed all the troubleshooting steps instructed by customer service executive. Cleaned the sim cards, changed the slots, changed the handsets as well but no luck.
Hope you understand what will be the impact if i am not reachable on company provided number. Very worst service that i ever seen.
