I have re-issued my airtel sim card day before yesterday, but the messages are not coming, as well as the *121# is also not working. Hence, I'm not able to check balance as well as the messages. So i even not able to see the otp password when I've to verify for urgent work

It's really urgent, I have to pay bills and use the OTP, and for the various other account confirmation, I need the SMS services to work.
Though my calling services are working and I've sufficient balance on my account too.
But sms services are may be disabled.
