Hi airtel team, i had opted for a family plan on 12 oct 2017. I am postpaid customer and wanted to add my daughter in the plan. She was given a sim which was told will be activated after 48 hours... And today is 25 th oct. Almost 13 days. I think airtel is doing pathetic service to the customers. One executive ruban came and gave big lecture. I kept calling him, he wasn't mature enough to answer my calls. If this is the case... I will port back to vodafone. I had paid 300 too.
Please cancel my family plan. Airtel doesn't have any proper customer care no's to be contacted.
I will definitely go for vodofone post paid plan for my daughter. Its not worth the wait.
Please ask your executives to promise something to customers which they never keep.
