Hi Team,
I am Sachin Sharma, my phone number is [protected]. I am in UK right now for work purpose. While me being in UK my Airtel sim card (numbered [protected]) got corrupted.
I reached out to Airtel customer care. They asked me to share all visa, passport and other documents. I shared them. Later they asked me to send those documents physically along with my blood relative in India. I did that too.
Now it has been more than 3 months but sim card is not activated yet. Due to this my all banking transactions are blocked. I am unable to send money to my parents. They are heavily dependent on money which I send for their daily needs.
Humbly request you to please help me to get my sim card activated on priority. I have been following up with Airtel but every time they say that my request is in progress.
Moreover, Airtel is not activating my sim card but charging me every month in my postpaid bill.
Its not my mistake and I am suffering a lot. It has been more than 3 months of me following up with Airtel for sim card but still my sim is not activated.
I sincerely need your help to get this fixed. I was told that the sim card will be activated in 48 hours. But it has been more than 65 days. I am helpless.
Please help.
