Airtel — sim not working even after frc and too many rchgs

Outgoing amd incoming on my airtel so i contacted customer care they immediately opened my incoming but for outgoing they told me to do a rchg of 20 for restarting sim and rchg of 149 through airtel store and even aftr this my incoming is barred
I have contatced customer care 16-20 times and still no soln is given
This is the last time i am requesting u
Otherwise i have to take someother
