Airtel — similar data not provided on my two numbers | |||||
I have been associated with airtel network for a long time and our relationship has grown since years but this is very unfortunate that airtel has now employed the persons who are very rude, irresponsible, and illogical. On 2nd of september 2017 i made a call to the airtel customer care i asked operator for connecting my call to a so called senior official. But instead of satisfying or solving my issue he informed me that the data to my one airtel number [protected] has wrongly been added and it will be subtracted from my number. I asked him let's provide the same data to my other airtel number [protected] but he was hury and pretending i am fool. This behaviour of such a senior official is condemnable, very irresponsible and highly unfortunate. After all we are bonofide customers and should be treated well. I as a customer am not your legal property that you treat with insult the customer/a. Therefore i am going to port out both my numbers from airtel.
