Airtel — sms not sending error code 28

[protected], I cant able to send SMS for the past three months. I have contacted the customer care executives and explained the problem, more than 3 times. But the issue seem to be unresolved. Kindly look into this issue and do the needful. I have resetted my mobile and have tried to send SMS, nothing happened. Also tried in different mobile phones.

Error Code - 28
This problem has been arisen after i have changed my sim card from 3G to 4G.
