[Resolved] Airtel — Started to fund sunil bharti mittals expenses | |||
I have airtel number [protected] and was using it fine untill I got a call from the Airtel promotions team in November 2014 and I requeted them to change my rental plan to Rs. 99 minimum rental plan as I was not making outgoing on internet henceforth. I was expecting my rental to change but found out in my bill that it was not done and then later during the month of December I called up complaints team and registered a complaint for it and also wanted them to look into the call and also change my rental plan again. The call was made to 198 on 14/12/2014 and I also wrote an email communication from my email id [protected]@hotmail.com to [protected]@in.airtel.com as per my conversation and wrote an appreciation mail for Vishal the person from airtel who handled my call thinking that he would take action on it or change my rental to 99 atleast immediately then. Now aritel has diconnected my outgoing and incoming, and continued to charge rental of Rs. 399 and also late payment penalty and are tortuing me to pay the entire amount. I want to use this number and would like to pay according to the 99 rental which i have spoken about twice and written an email also. Otherwise this is not the 1st time aritel has cheated me but this time I would rather go to consumer court and also bring this to the media on how Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal has started the cheating business to get funds for his daily expenses. Also regarding the [protected] number, they after taking multiple requests to change the rental plans, do not accept it but give me new rental policy to get more money from me and give excuses that the old Rs. 99 rental policy is discontinued etc etc etc etc.
Plz reply on this as I have given multiple emails and also complaint to customer care twice.

The dongle issue is such that I have used for only upto October and Bill was dispatached and when i lost my wifi 3G data card in NOvember i immediately gave a call for it but Airtel has kept billing me and now their collections call me using harsh language and say you have to pay 3600 Rs. as you have used the number, No one ever called from airtel that you have lost the data card and sim card, sir would you like a new one or given any solution, they all say your data card is insured etc etc while selling and now once sold, your only meant to be harrased by the company.
plz reply dear airtel customer care as I am waiting for a response rather than just making calls from your collections who give me new story everytime and say i promised to pay or I have already paid,
