[Resolved] Airtel — Still Wrong unused bill reflecting for Airtel Postpaid Number:[protected] | |||||
Hello Team, Current Billing cycle for my postpaid number:[protected] from 5th Dec 2016 to 4th Jan 2017 started, but I can see in airtel website, data is not updated, still unbilled amount is increasing and std and local min for previous billing cycle 5th Nov 2016 to 4th Dec 2016 is reflecting. On 4th Dec 2015 night, my unbilled amount was Rs. 9.5 and I had remaining std, local and data balance and on 5th Dec 2016(new billing cycle started), I have checked on airtel site and where I have seen unbilled amount was Rs. 62.5. Then I have raised the concern to your team and they told me that It was some technical issue and the same will be resolved within 2 days. Today i.e. on 6th Dec 2016, I have seen unbilled amount of Rs.105. Could you please take strict action against them, why this type of issue I am getting from airtel.
