[Resolved] Airtel — Sub:- Disconnection of my Broad Band Internet connection – Reg. | |
Dear Sir,
I requested to disconnect my broadband connection( [protected]) with Airtel in April-2015 due to my job transfer.
But airtel is going on asking money to pay which I have not used the device for last 2 moths.
Even now also they are not responding for my repeated mail for disconnection.
Now I purchased new 4 g hotspot from airtel with [protected].
I am unable to pay for both and which i am not used for.
Kindly help me to solve or disconnect my devise
