Subject: Complaint regarding wifi dongle no. [protected]
On 16/03/2016 due to bad service & not provided as per agreed plan, hence, I personally visited in your Airtel shop at- castlemill, Thane & furnished all the documents for cancellation alongwith photographs & cancelled the service & at that time reference no. given to me i.e. 68365160 & told me that, the said service will be cancelled within 48 hours, but the said service not yet closed. on 18/03/2016 one person call from your department & ask about continuation of the said plan & also given assurance to provide the 10GB of 4G & thereafter 3G unlimited & also offer to 30% discount on the bill but I never agreed for the same & told him to terminate the service On 21/03/2016, I learned from the your castle mill Airtel Department, when i went to ask about the service not yet terminated they said as per your request now my plan is changed & they also refuse to take any complaint in respect of the said high handed act of your employee who changed the plan without my consent & given your email I. D. to approach to my grivience. From this kind of harassment & negligence, i am suffering lot which will not compensate in terms of money & if you will not cancel or terminate the service then i am not going to pay any bill in future . please take serious note of this.
In these facts & circumstances, I hope will take necessary action against the said of your employee & also terminate the service in the interest of justice. Was this information helpful? |
