Airtel Subscriber — Frequent call drops | |
Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am a Subscriber of Air Tel since last 3 years or so with satisfactory services. However, since last 4 months I am experiencing frequent call drops, no speech, no signal for incoming/outgoing calls as well as internet.But no proper reply. Intention of finding fault on our part.1 day I told your person if service quality is not improved will find some other service provider.Also told them I will Report to DoT.The moment name of DoT taken the service quality deteriorated. One day visited other mobile gallery, quality improved. Till yesterday there was no Complaint as such. Since yesterday again trouble started and experienced the same problems. I suspect that it is a Mischievous act, harassment with revengeful attitude. Kindly investigate and Report the same. Was this information helpful? | |

I agree with airtel is having revenge full attitude i belive even i have complained airtel about internal 3g coverage issues they arenot resolving it even being sent mails to nodal, appelate only we get is copy past reply telling no of factora like geographical blah blah but few months back when i iuse to get full coverage how come suddenly down... Even i dropped a mail of comlapning dot now service is even more deteriorated
