[Resolved] Airtel — such bad customer care services | |||
From last two days the company had blocked my number [protected]. Saying that a bill of 1300 is due on the other number which is [protected] where as i have spoken to three executives reeva intraction id [protected], simranjeet singh intraction id [protected] and sonam intraction id [protected] one by one that a complaint had already been raised from my side that that number was not mine so why should i pay bill for others, still they guys don't have manners to resolve the issue where they want me t switch to other network this is how you guys treate to 3 years old customer, pathatic guys if you don't have courtesy to retain a customer, change the customer support team or else change the way to handle customer.
