My airtel no [protected] out of service from 20/02/16
When I call to customer care they told me that no was not in use from 90 days thats why deactivate.
Now for your kind information let me remind that no was in use from 2013, the no was in rajasthan circle. 3 month ago it was port in uttarakhand circle.
After 3 month working it was suddenly out of service.
This is your fault that you people did not update in your system because when it was port it should be update in system, but you people didn't, due to this reason system shows not in use.
Now pls this is my humble request to activate my no otherwise will case a file against bharti airtel under 420, fraudulent and cheating in consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
