I ported my sim from jio to airtel, post the tele-verification i am not able to make or receive any calls on my number.
I am not able to use my number from past 5 days, on the airtel app it is showing that my services are currently suspended. I have done the first recharge of ₹249/- but still my phone is not showing any networks.
The airtel service centres are also not able to help me. They have raised a complaint number but i have visited the store for 6th time today and still they are saying that it is under process and don’t know when it would get resolved. I am very very disappointed and frustrated with the service. This is how airtel provides help to their customers, seriously very disgusting.
