3rd May reached bangalore, needed fast net for work from home.
3rd may sashi([protected]) Airtel salesman promises to install by 4th may.
4th may he offers that if I take dth box Rs2001, I will get free net for the first month.
4th may I make the payment Rs2001 and he sent dth person to install dth box.
Unable to view most channels. Everyday calling customer care, they promise to send technician(never shows up) next day, everyday.
Broadband connection is not setup even today 9th of May.
Almost everyday calling customer care, they are giving me dockets id/escalation id everyday. But no one from airtel calls for follow up neither send anyone to install the broadband.
Customer care refuses to send any written mail regarding installation.
Airtel promises to install service within 3day but today is 6th day.
Airtel promises to reply email within 4hours, but days have passed I have sent mail to [protected]@airtel.com but no reply.
Everyday customer care promises me resolution with 24hours everyday for the past 3-4days.
Today I called customer care they said your broadband connection request has been cancelled.
If so, then I think Airtel should be the one to inform, not me calling Airtel.
So REFUND MY MONEY Rs2001.
