Airtel Telecom — linking mobile with aadhar | |||
I have a post paid mobile connection with airtel with number [protected]. I went to one of the airtel outlets (Vel layambalam, trivandrum) as i had been informed to link this with my aadhar number. When the examined my fingerprint there was no print available. I am 87 years old and the fingerprints have disappeared. I was told to upgrade my aadhar. I did the same & went to the airtel outlet and the same was the result. During upgradation the akshaya centre took the retina reading but the airtel cetre had no equipment to read and verify it. The airtel people said that in this instance they are helpless and after end of march they will be forced to cut off my mobile. Please inform as to what i can do to prevent disconnection of my mobile due to reasons beyond my control P g s nayar Was this information helpful? | |||
