Airtel Telecom — Very poor service | |
I am Amrut Godbole i hv launched a complaint previously with airtel about very bad network strength at nasik area bt it hasn't been taken care of even after repetitive calls & complaints with airtel's customer care service, not a single executive or their seniors were able to solve the problem or give a satisfactory solution for the same. They told me that problem will be resolved within 48 hrs but it has passed more than 1 month & problems still remains the same i can say the intensity of network fluctuations are increased by several times since then.
Now i am feeling sooooooooooooooo irritated that there is no response to a complaint from a telecom company who claims to be number 1 network in india. Its a shame that they are not able to solve the problem or even to justify the reason of it.
I request to please take some strict actions against airtel telecom on this particular issue.
