Airtel — the message of port is not getting sent since I am trying last 10 days.

Dear sir
I am trying to sent portability message from my airtel number to convert in vodafone to 1900 as port [protected], but the message is not getting sent to this number.
There is resend option coming continuosly since last 10to 15 days, customer care also tells to send this message compulsory.

Pls help me

I want convert the number in vodafone coporate postpaid plan.
