1. My Name - Maj kunwar Manish singh. I have multiple Airtel mobile & DTH connection with Airtel including contact number of my family members. I consider myself valued customer.
2. My contact number is - +91 [protected] which got disconnected while I am on official duty As part Of INDIAN ARMY TROOPS to Lebanon UN MISSION. My Airtel sim has stopped working since 23 dec 2021. On speaking to customer care they informed to visit Airtel store for resolving issue.
3. Inspite of repeated visit to Airtel store in Alambagh lucknow by my wife since 08 jan 2022, 12 jan 2022, 13 jan 22, 14 jan 22 .No support was provided to my wife inspite of giving all required documentation by 12 jan 2022.She also spoke to multiple time to Mobile customer care on phone.
4 Mr Akash, Airtel employee handling my case kept on stalling my request and on repeated enquiry on conatact number and mail sent to him, he informed that he is on leave and will not be able to help me in Third party sim activation till 17 jan 22.
5. On 17 jan.. He informed that he will come back to office on 19 jan.
5. On 19 jan, he asked to send a video asking for video conscent for activation of my sim card and assured me it will be activated within 24 hrs.
6. On 20 jan, on repeated calling he neither picked my call nor my wifes call.
7. On 21 jan, on asking about activation he informed me that video got rejected and to send a new video evidence cum conscent for sim activation. As I requested for my case reference number and registering my complaint on delayed service, for me to follow in future, he denied to provide me with the same and threatened me that either he will get my sim activation or he will not get it done if I want to get the complaint registered .
8. He informed me on 21 jan that within 04 hrs, my sim will be activated however till 22 jan 22 . It has not been activated.
9. Akash, Airtel representative dealing my case is not picking up his phone neither replying on WhatsApp as on 22 jan 22.
10. I want to put on record my complaint against the extremely low grade services provided by Airtel and Airtel employee Mr Akash for MISHANDLING my case & for showing extremely arrogant behavior while dealing with customer. I have also sent a mail of my problem earlier to nodal office please refer to trail mail
11. You are also requested to register my complaint in this regard and provide me with complaint number for future correspondence.
12. Delay in sim activation has caused me financial losses as well as mental fatigue.
13. I am also attaching documents provided by me to Mr Akash, Airtel employee.
14. I have also complaint to Nodal officer twice through mail however no action has been taken.
