Myself Shivam son of Smt. Rekha Sharma. Residence in Ghaziabad. I have an issue/problem regarding my VAS (internet) in my connection/number - [protected] My balance was deducted because of my Auto deactivation pack was automatically renewed without any information Infect i got a message from your side a night before auto deactivation of pack that your VAS will automatically dectivate tomorrow Then today when I was checking my balance than i saw that my balance is deducted. And I call customer care number then they said directly that we can't help you And one person or an employee of you speaking ton was worst and burst my whole mind. And then I speak to another one then he denied to give a call to senior employees. . Today I was fed up with your service Seriously Was this information helpful? | |||
