I have raised a complaint with airtel that the internet signal is very poor in my house and we have 3 airtel numbers all facing the same issue.
1. They gave me some jazz to do internet setting again on phone (Which i knew is crap, coz, not all phone can have setting issue, and this issue is only inside my house, internet works fine as soon as i step out)
2. They registered a complaint on 16 june, on which they did nothing for weeks, after i called and shouted at customer care, asked them to bring their manager on call, and he asked network team to look into the issue.
3. After 2 -3 days an engineer visited my house with a device and saw the signal is really poor. He made a note and told the tower is very near and someone will come and fix the signal strength in next 4 days.
4. Till now, it's been 1.5 month no one has visited and they have put the ticket on hold. When i call them they said entire area is facing the same issue, where i just step out and the internet works fine.
This is not the first time airtel is providing wrong info to the customers, they have taken us for granted and i want some strict action against them Was this information helpful? |
