Airtel — Ticket not resolved - Airtel DTH

Recently Airtel provided the offer to its DTH customers to upgrade to extreme set-up box. I opted for it and raised a request to upgrade to this new set-up box. But its now been more than two months but they did not resolve the issue. I contacted their customer care many times but all they could say was they would resolve the issue in another 48 hrs. So far it doesn't seem like they will resolve this ticket. If they are not willing to provide the box, at least they could inform and close the ticket. Its unacceptable that the reputed companies like Airtel behaving in this manner. I thought to get the broadband from them but now decided to stick to ACT for their excellent customer support. Thank you Airtel for your appreciated customer service.
