Airtel — to recover amount rs 49 wrongly deducted from my account

Please help me to recover my Rs 49 deducted from my account for masti pack which was never activated by me. Airtel deducted this amount on 06/04/2018 at 4=58 p.m.pack was activated without my permission and l never used that for a single seconds.Message
