Airtel — too bad response from airtel store | |||
I wanted to convert one of my postpaid number to prepaid. I visited kamla nagar, avas vikas store for more than 10 time. Each time they told some reason that it is not possible from their end. At the same time costumer care is guiding to approach airtel store. Even after a lot of visit it is not converted. They are issuing any reference number also for our concern. After intervention of a representative and customer care they issied the sim. I submitted paper on 04th may but this store has not placed the request in system. Was this information helpful? | |||
