[Resolved]  Airtel — Too much bill for my postpaid 4g lte connection

I have been using Airtel 4G services for some year now; I have an Airtel 4G router (by Huawei).

For years I have survived with Airtel 4G services & at some point in time I just reached the limit. Their stupid, unreliable, useless service just got me on edge now.

Airtel is selling 3G in name for 4G, at sometimes even that don't work.
Someday it doesn't catch signals, Sometime its server problem, or heavy traffic, blah blah blah.

I contacted Customer Care so many times, every time they replied they will send their engineer, they will look into my problem (which they never did) or they will try fix it from the backend & other excuses.

In a year for only one time they ever sent an engineer who just told us that the router is fine it just had signal problem which he fixed -_- but still no change in speed then after trying for a while he told us that our router will only operate on this speed…… Really what the hell & thx for your visit!!!

So after being feed up by them I decided to discontinue from their services 15-20 days back from today, I applied to discontinue the services.

Now they want me on pay them 5200 INR( my monthly bill skyrocketed to 3300 INR from 04-Nov 2015 to 04-Dec-2015), my current plan only costs 1500 INR & I contacted the customer support they said I have to pay this bill & didn't told clear reason for demanding this much sum of money. They even said they will shut the 4G connection down it. What I pay them for?
1. Poor Service.
2. Cheating (3G speed for 4G name).
3. Poor Customer Care.

I need this issue fixed & I need a valid reason to pay this much bill to them.
