Finally I received a call from airtel representative who said he cannot do anything about the wrong recharge done.
The reversal /transfer is not possible in their system. WOW, I mean such a big company is running with a such stupid flaw. I know I will not be the first one to report such issues, there would be many who has faced this issue. Imagine 1000 people would have done wrong recharge of Rs.200/- and that could not be reversed then on a particular day airtel has earned Rs.200000 (two Lakh). Awesome.
I guess at this time I can only say that "Airtel has earned Rs. 200/- free of cost, free, free, free.
