Airtel — unable to activate new airtel 4g sim after successful migration from 3g to 4g sim | |||
Dear sir, I recently ordered for new airtel 4g sim to upgrade my existing 3g sim, online and i got it delivered in a day. I followed the instructions to activate the new sim. Sim[protected]u Dear customer, we have received your request for sim change on airtel mobile. Please do not proceed if you don't have a new airtel sim with you. For your account security and to avoid any banking or financial fraud, sms services will not work on your mobile for next 24 hrs. To confirm for sim change, reply with 1. — replied with 1 Congratulations! Your new sim no has been activated for your airtel mobile. — but please note that the sim number is wrong in the above reply.. The last character 'u'[protected]u) is omitted. When i insert my new 4g sim it is not showing network. Please suggest me what i can do and help me my new sim card is activated. Right now i am in a situation that i cannot use my old sim and as well as new sim. Please help me in this regard.
