Airtel — Unable to call certain numbers from Airtel

Hi,

I am using airtel since last 1 year, but whenever I want to call some customer care numbers like icici customer care number [protected] from my airtel number, it just dropped, no trying to connect.

one time I already raised this complaint on airtel thanks app but they didn't solve this problem and closed my compaint.

Some other airtel users also facing the same problem, why this problem in airtel only, we can make call on this number from other networks like jio, idea etc
