Airtel — unable to do outgoing calls - after recharging for international roaming urgent requirement

Dear Team,

I am an esteemed customer using Airtel service from years together..
I have recharged my both the Airtel numbers for US international calling packs of RS 3998/- for 30 days..
Whereas I am unable to do any outgoing calls since yesterday..

As I need to call my family members urgently at India
Kindly do the needful as early as possible
