[Resolved] Airtel — Unable to give broadband connection | |||||
Hi I have numerous times applied for the aitel connection. Evrytime you guys say that you will give the connection and you come and take money but ultimately agent does not gives the connection saying saying there is some DB box problem or so. I have called you guys numerous times. your customer care service sucks big time. Those guys are unable to help.. they keep transferring the call and thats it. They dont know how to pull out the information and they disconne ct the call. Last I remember is I spoke to some Ramya and she couldnt fetch my data by my contact number. after putting me on call for 30 mins she was able to get my details through my contact number. When I asked to talk to the supervisor he hung up. This PATHETIC SERVICE AIRTEL Has. AIRTEL SUCKS, YOUr SERVICE IS WORST IN THE TOWN. All social media is going to flout with the experience that we are facing. Seriously fed up of takingconnection with you. I have given money to you guys twice. My 2200 are stuck and i have wasted more than 500 on calling your customer service. I will file serious complaint against you guys. If the connection is not possible then y do you guys give false promises???? My neighbor is using airtel broadband and your agent is not able to give the connection????? THATS AMAZING. If there is any cable or wiring issue.. Why cant you guys fix it???? IS it not your responsibility???? My society's manager has told that there is no such problem in the society and he's ready to help in any case. But look at your pathetic service. How come the society members are using airtel broadband if its not possible????? I need an answer would you be able to send some technical team and sort this out or not???????????????????????/ Come to our society talk to our manager and get it sorted.
